The most enjoyable stay
Dear Sirs,
We arrived to Israel only yesterday, that's why I reply to your e-mail only now. As part of our trip to England we had booked hotels and apartments in Chester, London, York and Edinburgh.
The most enjoyable stay was at your apartment that was spacious, quite, clean and suitable for our needs, above and beyond our expectations.
The apartment's location was excellent, we had free parking place for our rented car, internet access (enable me to use my laptop and to stay in touch with family, friends and working place), nice view, big supermarket within a walking distance and friendly staff.
What else could we asked for? We didn't want to leave Scotland… Immediately after catching up with my work, I'm going to send this opinion to the Trip Advisor site.
My travel agent, the one who recommended you, had already received a positive feedback and I've recommended her to advise all her other clients to book one of your apartments.
Also, I don't have to mention it, but I'm going to recommend you to all our friends and relatives planning to travel to Scotland.

Apartments were fantastic
Just wanted to say, we stayed at Ocean Apartments over Edinburgh Marathon Weekend, the apartments were fantastic and the staff were welcoming and friendly and helped sorting out taxis and bus routes for the marathon, facilities were second to none and would definitely go back and stay again!

Perfect for my needs
Hello,
Thank you for your message and I must say that my recent stay with you was perfect for my needs. I wanted to be able to access the city centre reasonably easily, as well as having a couple of days of solitude without time restraints of any sort, in order to complete some work.
The Edinburgh apartment was ideal and only an hours walk from Waverley Station when I felt like some exercise one day. Thank you again and I do hope to return.

An enjoyable weekend
We stayed at Ocean Serviced Apartments last weekend and enjoyed it very much. The Edinburgh apartment was very clean and well equipped. There was a problem with our television as a remote control was missing but this was rectified very quickly. The staff at reception were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to book to stay another time.

A truly relaxing experience
We have just spent 3 nights in the apartments and found it to be a truly relaxing experience. The Edinburgh apartment was very clean, spacious and included all appliances necessary to dine in. The complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk were more than sufficient to last our stay.
As we were on the seventh floor the view was exceptional, especially at night overlooking a street lit Edinburgh including the castle from one side of the apartment and out over the River Forth and Inchcolm Island from the other side.

Brilliant and would recommend you accommodation
We have just returned from our stay in apt C19. We felt that the apt was brilliant and would recommend your Edinburgh accommodation. The location is great and we appreciated the views of Britannia and the castle. Would not like to be on the ground floor but then that may well be what less mobile people want.
We were pleased that the location was quiet, but did wonder how long before the land between you and the water gets developed which would change the nature of thing a whole lot!

Our third visit
This is our third visit to Ocean Serviced Apartments and we are already contemplating our next.
We love the view from all the windows. It is ever-changing and interesting. The Edinburgh apartment is warm and contain everything which you need for a comfortable break. The furnishings are of good quality and the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and freezer and a dish washer. It is very convenient having a bathroom and ensuite toilet/ shower room and the bed is super kingsize.
We were pleased we had the opportunity to securely park underground for a refundable deposit. The buses are extremely convenient as they leave from the terminus, which is very close to the apartments and solves the potential parking problem in Edinburgh. They are frequent, reasonably priced and stop on Princes Street.
All in all one can be sure of a good holiday, using Ocean Serviced Apartments as a base.

'Apartment was clean and comfortable'
I am writing to say how pleased and impressed I was with the accommodation.  We stayed at the apartments from the 27th to the 29th November.  We had a late check in so our keys had been kept in a key safe for us.  They were easy to access, and I was given clear instructions prior to my arrival about where the keys would be.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was also well equipped.  Ocean apartments is the only place I will stay when visiting Edinburgh

'Loved the apartment!!'
The only problem was that it made us miss 2 good days of sightseeing, as we enjoyed lazing around so much over the weekend! Oh, well...the castle will always be there, right?
On a serious note, the only thing missing as a mini hifi. Apart from that, I'll most certainly be using you again. I have friends in Edinburgh, but I preferred staying here.
Fantastic value....fantastic location...fantastic apartment! The only way to holiday!
p.s. fire your marketing department. I want ocean to be my little secret!!!

'My partner and I had a truly enjoyable stay'
Just wanted to tell you how impressed I was at the standard of the accommodation allocated to me during my stay from 26th to 30th October. The apartment I was given had a fantastic outlook over the docks and forth whilst the furnishing and amenities meant my partner and I had a truly enjoyable stay. Your on-site staff were very friendly and accommodating and I would certainly recommend this accommodation to my colleagues working in the area. I liked my stay so much I have changed my accommodation from the centre of town to stay with you again week commencing 14th December. I look forward to that very much.

'All our needs were catered for'
Hello we have just arrived back from our stay at Ocean Apartments.  We really enjoyed our stay there.  Three of us stayed in the apartment and they were very spacious plenty of room for everyone.  All our needs were catered for, everything we needed was supplied for us on our arrival.  The area was good as we only had to get the bus into Edinburgh just outside the apartment.  It was better than taking the car.  The apartment was very modern and clean we loved it.  We shall be returning next year but for a longer stay.  Edinburgh is an amazing place.  Thank you very much for making our stay pleasant and comfortable.  Also the staff on reception was very nice.

3* status with Visit Scotland. We stayed (me, my mother and my sister) at Easter when you were just starting to refurb the apartments and had previously stayed the previous Easter and complained to you about the state of the place.

'I would just like to say a quick thank you to yourselves'
for providing me with excellent serviced accommodation for my party during a period of the year which I expect is very busy for you.
As I got this place fairly last minute, I was a bit unsure of the quality that may have awaited me, but on arrival ( check in was incredibly quick and easy) and we were greeted by a large, tidy, well equipped serviced apartment with a pleasant view and that was within easy reach of the city centre. As it was that we only really needed somewhere to get some rest at the end of each day, we actually got a bit over comfortable and found it difficult to leave. We are already looking at a return trip for the fringe festival next August and you will be our first choice.

'My party and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your serviced apartment.'
After an initial hic-up we soon settled in and enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh/leith. The reception personnel were exemplary in their customer service The serviced apartment was clean and well maintained. The bus service into town was handy to the apartment and provided an excellent service. The Apartments are within walking distance of a supermarket and three (3) restaurants A delivery Chinese take away service was also available. The view from B 24 was amazing and offered views of all the cruise ships entering and leaving the harbour. I will readily recommend these apartments to any friends contemplating a visit to Edinburgh (Costs presumably will reflect the time of year).

The Edinburgh apartment itself was clean and tidy, and excellent value for money, with excellent facilities. The site was also well connected to the city of Edinburgh, with a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk. Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights, but will definitely be coming back in the future for a longer stay!

‘Better service, more room, quiet and beds also were clean and smelt fresh’
I am back home and just wanted to say that following the sort out of issues, I really enjoyed the stay, and would also like to thank you and your wonderful receptionist Asia for a wonderful job well done I went down to Liverpool and stayed at the merchant living apartment in William Jessop Way, and they may have plasma screens and fancy bed linen, but my stay at your Edinburgh apartment was so much better, better service, more room, quiet and beds also were clean and smelt fresh! I certainly look forward to coming up and staying at your complex next time I am in Edinburgh and will be advising colleagues as well.

‘Flat was clean and great value for money’
We had a very positive experience. The flat was clean and great value for money. My only small criticism was that the cleaning lady was still there when we got to our room at 3.30pm but she finished within 5 minutes so not a major complaint.
